Who Is Eric Deters?
Eric Deters is a retired attorney and legal consultant based in Northern Kentucky. For more than three decades, he represented individuals and families against hospitals, corporations, insurance companies, and government institutions that thought they were untouchable.
He is best known for his relentless pursuit of Dr. Abubakar Atiq Durrani — a Pakistani spine surgeon who performed hundreds of unnecessary surgeries on patients in the Cincinnati area before fleeing to Pakistan. Eric has represented dozens of Durrani victims and has never stopped fighting for a full accounting.
Eric is also the host of The Eric Deters Show, a national media platform covering legal news, politics, and justice — unfiltered. He has been featured on CNN, CBS News, The Daily Beast, Megyn Kelly, The Young Turks, The Hill, NewsNation, and dozens of other outlets.
