    • The Independence Towne Center was Eric’s vision and plan. He led its development including the zone change and the gifting of acreage to the City of Independence for their new city building, fire house, senior center and park.
    •  Secretary, Treasurer and General Counsel until 1998. He owned 15% of Deters Company and 2% of Snappy from the outset. Until 2013, he served on both Boards, listening, participating and contributing.
    •  Handling legal work for decades, including acquisition and successful zoning and site approvals of Wendy’s and convenience store locations.
    • The acquisition idea and execution of acquiring of Snappy Tomato Pizza and constant involvement in the early growth of the company.
